The service that our company provides is top of the market. In order to work at SERVPRO, you have to have a kind heart that is willing to help those in need. Not only do you have to be capable of great customer service, you must also be trained thoroughly. At our corporate office, they have a fire house and a water house that they smoke and flood and send in the teams to mitigate. It is a three-week training course, which is longer than most restoration companies. Not only are they required to have this training, but they are also required to take specific classes to make sure they are certified to do the work and stay up-to-date on their certifications.
